Progression Is Seen with Repetition.
Did you ride a bike perfectly the first time you hopped on, or did you have to get on and fall off, on and fall off…until with repetition you mastered the art of balance, steering, and pedaling to successfully ride your bike.
We grow up and sometimes forget that effort is involved in achieving progress.
If you are not happy with the progress you are making on a current goal, increase your weekly repetition of the skills required to achieve those goals.
Regardless of whether your progress is fast, or slow – it will only happen with consistent repetition.
What wellness goals do you plan to progress today? What effort and action steps will you be repeating to get results?
