Motivational Tip: How To Improve Functional Movement

by | Mar 26, 2012 | Functional Movement, Motivation, Inspiration & Goal Setting, Pilates | 0 comments

Function Follows Good Form.

To keep your car running smoothly it needs gas, oil, and an occasional tune-up to keep it functioning.

For movement and health our bodies will get stronger, more fit, and flexible faster if we practice good form with every exercise we do.

  • Good form creates efficient movement, and  is training our bodies to FUNCTION well.
  • Poor form creates mis-alignment and compromised motion – pain and injury can result.

Pilates is fabulous at helping fine-tune your form for better  function!

Focus on form, it’s worth it for your long-term whole-body health.
