With everything you do – follow your Heart and enjoy the bliss

that listening to your inner voice has to guide your decisions

for a healthy mind, body, and spirit.

Ask your Heart.

 Get into a quiet, meditative space and listen for the answer.

 It may come to you in words,

 a vision,

 something you hear,

 or just as an “inner knowing” that fills your Heart with good feelings.

 Your Heart is a powerful Guide to keep you alive, balanced, centered, healthy, and well.

 Listen for its wisdom and follow the path of your Heart to whole-body health.
